Did you know that INFINITI is 30 years old? To celebrate, the carmaker has made some pretty big changes to many of its vehicles. The 2020 models – including the popular INFINITI Q50 – now have more power, as well as an increase in the number of standard and available tech and safety features.

2020 INFINITI Q50 Details

Power- and Drivetrain

A big change for the 2020 INFINITI Q50 from the previous model concerns the base engine. While the 2019 INFINITI Q50 has a standard 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine that produces 208 horsepower, the new model now has a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 that will give you 300 horsepower. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is available.

Safety is a priority with INFINITI vehicles, and the new INFINITI Q50 comes with numerous features. Rear cross-traffic alert, predictive forward collision warning, rearview monitor, and lane departure warning are just a few of the safety components that come in every model.

Sure, the INFINITI Q50 will get you where you need to go, but it will also keep you entertained on your journey, thanks to its many tech features. Apple CarPlay™, Android Auto™, Bluetooth®, Siri Hands Free™, and the dual-screen InTouch™ infotainment system are all standard. Every model also comes with two USB ports – a Type A and a Type C – and you can also get those for rear-seat passengers. With upper trims, your INFINITI Q50 will become a Wi-Fi hot spot that can support up to seven devices at one time.
